WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: WHA ) has informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on July 14, 2026, the Board of Directors of GC Logistics Solutions (Vietnam) Company Limited (GCLS Vietnam) passed a resolution to approve the dissolution of GCLS Vietnam under the legal process of Vietnam. GCLS Vietnam is an indirect joint venture in which the company holds a 50% shareholding in WHA GC Logistics Company Limited (WGCL), and WGCL holds 100% of the shares in GCLS Vietnam. The dissolution process is expected to be completed within the year 2027. GCLS Vietnam operates a logistics and distribution business, warehouse service, and import/exports clearance service in Socialist Republic of Vietnam. GCLS Vietnam is also an indirect joint venture of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (SET: PTTGC ) through its 50% stake in WGCL.
